Service
Square-IFM has developed its Facilities Management Service thorough
knowledge of the needs of its end users. The aim of our IFM Services
will be to maximize value and provide efficient management services
at lower operation costs maintaining high service levels. We give
housekeeping services great importance since a clean workplace
enhances the client's esteem and improve the work culture of the
clients' employees. The area of work includes all built-up areas,
common areas, cafeteria, toilets/showers, service / utility areas,
forming part of the premises.
We will design a schedule for
cleaning our client’s office premises by using a combination of
traditional and mechanized methods. The purpose will be not only to
clean/remove rubbish but also to make a positive contribution to the
health of the building and the occupants.
SCOPE OF
WORK
Thorough complete cleaning of the different areas daily as per
(see activity report) scheduled frequency.
Allocate work for different shifts.Soap wash of the entire
toilet room
Check inventory of cleaning materials/consumablesScrubbing and
cleaning the floor & wall tiles .
Replenish consumablesCleaning toilet window, door, mirror,
soap stand .
Check
functioning of all toilet/sanitary systems.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Overall
control of the services will be controlled/monitored by the HK
supervisor who will ensure smooth implementation / pro-actively
develop systems / continuous training of the team and schedule
cleaning programmes. Performance review and interaction with the
principal employer will be high on our priority list.

CLEANING MATERIALS & CONSUMABLES
:
Service Square-IFM Services takes care in
selecting the right type of cleaning materials/tools/equipments to
be used in consultation with leading suppliers depending upon the
type of jobs to be carried out. Sufficient quantity of materials and
consumables will be stocked at the site for uninterrupted supply.
All materials sourced will be non hazardous and environment
friendly. .
