Service Square is a professional solution
provider for services that require skilled and committed human
intervention. We offer our customers an array of services - sending
a carpenter, cleaning their homes, packing and moving, arranging a
part-time driver or organizing tours.
Service Square was
founded in the year 2000 and catered to serving the needs of the
employees working in large corporate organizations through Employee
Loyalty Programme. About 200 services were offered to them. The
primary needs of the employees related to paying bills, getting
travel tickets, or tickets for movies. Technology has taken over and
made almost obsolete services like getting travel tickets, paying
bills or booking movie tickets - which were the need of the hour
when we started our business.
During the last 10 years, we
focused on building a few core services related to the pressing
needs of the individual – house keeping, maintenance, realty, travel
& tours and staffing solutions. To ensure each of these services
developed, we appointed managers for each of these functions. Their
mandate was and is, to keep the eye on the ball and develop services
that would provide quality and delight to customers.
And
that is what Service Square is all about – an offering of critical
services that customers actually need. We perform all those
time-consuming and critical routine jobs for our customers so that
they can concentrate on their core jobs. Simply put, we provide them
the gift of time. And of course, freedom from the headaches of
life.
