Requirements

Graduate
Minimum 5 years experience in the Service Industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a team

Proficient in MS Word, Power Point Presentation, Outlook, Excel
Presentation skills
Conceptually strong to handle different products / services
Negotiating skills

Responsibilities

Create and work with a team to gain new clients
Gain new clients - from large IT, BPO, Manufacturing companies
Make inroads into other segments - Financial services, N.R.I's, Expatriates, Flat Associations etc.
Market Research, knowing competition etc.
Public Relations, increasing visibility of Service Square in the city.
Gain new business for Real Estate, Tour, Travel Division etc.
Develop the company Web Site
Maintain good rapport with existing clients
Training the Customer Relations Executives in selling, marketing etc.

Manager - Accounts

PROFILE OF MANAGER - ACCOUNTS

Job Title

Manager - Accounts

Mandate

To hold the reins of finance and manage the fund flow in a smooth and efficient manner, keeping up-to-date details of all transactions. To develop systems and procedures so as to effectively and optimally manage company's resources.

Requirements

Good with numbers
Ability to carry a team
Effective communication skills
Alert mind
Attention to detail
Fair but firm with regard to financial dealings with staff
Knowledge of Tally, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Express etc.
Systematic, and process driven
Graduate.
Minimum 2 years experience as a full-fledged accountant

Responsibilities

Supervise data entry of all expenses and receipts
Monitor all receivables. Follow up amounts outstanding
Cost Control
Budgeting
Managing EPF, ESI, Service Tax and other statutory payments.
Pay-roll processing
Payment of all office bills
Maintain reports showing activities of subordinates
Submitting MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly reports to Managing Director.
Interacting with Bank
Co-ordinate with Auditors.
Assets inventory

Responsibilities

Provide travel & tours solutions to existing customers

Develop different types of tours – adventure, heritage, pilgrimage,  honey moon, weekend packages etc.

Create a team and lead from the front.

Concentrate on developing one-day packages for group

Make use of the existing customer base to create opportunities

Interact with customer relations executives to drive business

Devise strategies to improve the business

Negotiate good deals with vendors and pass benefits to customers

Develop rapport with Admn & HR executives in companies

Help maintain the Travel and Tours web site.

Develop a manual of travel and tours

Organizing promotions, theme stalls etc., at Desks.

Training Customer Relations Executives on various aspects of

the business.

To set up and manage the Realty business at Service Square. To assist our customers in getting accommodations of their
choice - on rent, or on outright purchase basis and create a name for quality service, integrity and transparency in this business.

Graduate.
Thorough knowledge of Real Estate Business
Ability to coordinate with brokers, agents
Capacity to build transparent systems, procedures

Responsibilities

Promote Real Estate business.
Tap the potential available in Relocation business
Process the requests received from customers within committed time frame.
Take feed back from customers
Provide feed back to Desk Executives and customers about status of requests.
Generate leads through news paper ads etc.
Develop and execute marketing and operations plans to take this division forward
Maintain the company web site on Real Estate
Maintain data base of agents, brokers etc.
Provide weekly, monthly reports
Create rapport with Customer Relations Executives
