How do you deliver so many services all under one roof?

What would you do, if my requirement does not figure in your list of services?

The focus now at Service Square is not quantity, but rather the quality of services offered. There is a lot to be said about sticking to one’s knitting. Therefore, when we do not feel confident about doing certain jobs confidently, we politely inform our customers about our inability to execute the service.

How do you ensure quality in the delivery of your services?

Systems have been laid down to monitor the delivery of every service as well as to assess the feedback from customers. And, as we said, we have managers who are skilled and efficient in their area of specialization to ensure that customers are not let down any time.

What do you do to ensure your workers do a quality job each time?

The performance of Service Providers is constantly assessed to ensure they deliver the services promised. Besides, vendor rating is part and parcel of the process at Service Square.
